NEW YORK, -- SiriusXM announced today that star New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski and E! host/actress and longtime New England sports fan Maria Menounos will get together for the latest installment of SiriusXM's exclusive Town Hall series this Friday, July 17.
They will sit down with an intimate audience at the SiriusXM studios in New York City where Menounos will interview Gronkowski about his life and career on and off the field, and his new book, "It's Good to be Gronk," which was released this week. Menounos will then open it up to questions from the studio audience.
The SiriusXM Town Hall with Rob Gronkowski and Maria Menounos will air nationwide on Friday, July 17, at 6:00 pm ET on SiriusXM's Mad Dog Sports Radio (channel 85).
"SiriusXM listeners, Maria and I are going to help kick off your weekend with some Gronk style fun," said Rob Gronkowski.

As one of the NFL's best players, and one of the most fun-loving and outgoing personalities in all of sports, Gronkowski is a superstar well beyond the gridiron. He was drafted by the Patriots in the second round (42nd overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft. In just his second season he set NFL records for receiving yards by a tight end in a single season (1,327) and touchdowns by a tight end in a single season (18). He also became the first tight end in NFL history with three straight 10-plus touchdown seasons (2010-12), and his 15 100-yard receiving games and 50 touchdown receptions are the most by a tight end in Patriots history. Gronkowski is a two-time First Team All-Pro and three-time Pro Bowl selection.
Off the field he has entertained millions with his appearances on late night talk shows, in TV commercials and more. His new book, "It's Good to be Gronk," from Jeter Publishing, was released July 14.
Currently a Host at E!, Maria Menounos' achievements have thus far set industry milestones. As a journalist, she has interviewed every President since Clinton, reported for Nightly News and Today, starred in films and TV shows and is a two time New York Times Best Selling Author of her 'EveryGirl's Guide to' book series. Menounos and partner Keven Undergaro are co-founders of AfterBuzz TV.
The event is part of SiriusXM's "Town Hall" series, featuring iconic entertainers and figures sitting down with studio audiences of SiriusXM listeners. Previous SiriusXM "Town Hall" specials have featured Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, Eminem, Katy Perry, Willie Nelson, Alicia Keys, KISS, Pele, Coldplay, Roger Goodell, Taylor Swift, Mike Krzyzewski, Usher and many others.
