Radio 1’s Future Festival will return in 2015, with a night of live
performances from some of 2015’s rising stars hotly tipped for big
things in the New Year.
The event will be broadcast live on Zane’s Radio 1 show from 7-10pm, and listeners will be able to watch all of the performances on the Radio 1 channel of BBC iPlayer.
From 10pm - 1am, Huw Stephens will present a post party show with Radio 1 DJs and some of the performers popping in as guests.
The 2014 Future Festival also came live from the Maida Vales Studios and included performances from several breakthrough acts from the year including Sam Smith, Royal Blood and George Ezra who all had subsequent No.1 records, as well as Gorgon City with MNEK, Sampha, Catfish & The Bottlemen and Jhene Aiko.

BBC Radio 1’s Future Festival can be heard live on BBC Radio 1 from 7pm to 1am and via the BBC iPlayer Radio app. Listeners will also be able to watch all of the performances on the Radio 1 channel of BBC iPlayer.
